• AI-generated signals are algorithmically produced from publicly available market data and are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• Nothing on this platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any futures contract or other financial instrument.

3. No Guarantees

• Past performance is not indicative of future results. A Trader's historical win rate, profit factor, and other statistics reflect past performance only.
• Trader verification confirms that a Trader has passed a prop firm funded evaluation. It does not guarantee that the Trader will be profitable in the future.
• AI signals are generated based on technical indicators and historical patterns. Markets can and do behave unpredictably.
• There is no guarantee that following any signal on this platform will result in profits or prevent losses.

4. Data Delays

AI signals on SixSigmaTraders are generated from publicly available market data provided by Yahoo Finance:

• Futures data is delayed approximately 30 seconds.
• Equity and ETF data is delayed approximately 15 minutes.

Due to these delays, the prices shown on AI signal cards may not reflect current market prices. You should always verify current prices through your broker before placing any trade.

5. Prop Firm Rules

If you are trading within a proprietary trading firm evaluation or funded account:

• Most prop firms allow the use of third-party signals, but policies vary.
• Some firms have specific rules about copy trading, signal services, and trade automation.
• It is your responsibility to review and comply with your prop firm's terms of service before using any signals from this platform.
• SixSigmaTraders is not responsible for any violation of prop firm rules resulting from the use of signals on this platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

SixSigmaTraders, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any other damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses from following Trader signals or AI signals.
• Losses from delayed or inaccurate market data.
• Losses from SMS or email alert delivery failures.
• Losses from platform downtime or technical issues.
• Losses from misinterpretation of signals or data.

8. Regulatory Notice

SixSigmaTraders is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or futures commission merchant. We do not hold client funds. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not execute trades on your behalf.
