Welcome to SixSigmaTraders ("we," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing or using our website at https://sixsigmatraders.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Overview

SixSigmaTraders is a marketplace that connects verified funded futures traders ("Traders") with subscribers ("Subscribers") seeking trade signals. The Platform also provides algorithmically generated AI signal cards based on publicly available market data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Trader Verification

• Traders must submit documentation proving they have passed a funded evaluation with a recognized proprietary trading firm.
• Our team manually reviews each submission. Only verified Traders may post picks or accept subscribers.
• Verification status may be revoked at any time if documentation is found to be fraudulent or if a Trader violates these Terms.
• Verification confirms funded account status only. It does not constitute an endorsement of the Trader's future performance.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
• Traders receive payouts after platform fees are deducted. Platform fees are tiered based on monthly gross revenue.

6. Platform Fees

Traders are charged a platform fee on subscriber revenue:

• 15% for monthly gross revenue under $5,000
• 12% for monthly gross revenue over $5,000
• 10% for monthly gross revenue over $20,000
• 8% for monthly gross revenue over $50,000

Fees are calculated and adjusted automatically each billing cycle.

7. AI Signals

• AI signal cards are generated algorithmically from publicly available market data (Yahoo Finance).
• Futures data is delayed approximately 30 seconds. Equity/ETF data is delayed approximately 15 minutes.
• AI signals are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• AI signals do not constitute financial advice, trading recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any security.

8. No Financial Advice

SixSigmaTraders does not provide financial advice. All content on this Platform, including Trader picks, AI signals, and educational materials, is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See our Risk Disclaimer for full details.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading verification documents.
• Post fraudulent, manipulative, or misleading trade signals.
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts.
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid content without authorization.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Platform without permission.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on SixSigmaTraders is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SixSigmaTraders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SixSigmaTraders, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
